“Shiang Design studio” is a design limited company based in Taipei, established in 2015 by Che-Wei Shiang. The founder also collaborated with different fields of designers such as illustrator, craftsman and artists. Wheather it is interior design, product design or brand design, “Shiang Design studio” is never restricted in a particular design field, in the hopes of providing creativity, unique design thinking and bringing everyone more surprises in their designs.

Object 12

“Object_12” are redesigned modern containers with a touch of Chinese antique style. Through standardized molding, each ceramic or metal container shares the same diameter of 12 cm and thus can be combined to create new forms. I hope each of us is the designer of all possible looks of “Object_12” through their preferences.

% Cups

The thin edge of the “% Cup” is specifically designed to make a special tea drinking experience. The handmade cups have different glazing levels, each showing a casual touch and present mood. “% Cup” has a paired lid made by a carpenter, ZhìMù Workshop. It is made for placing the tea bag, cookies and used as a floral vase or scent vase.

Plate R

”Plate_R”with the matching grey and white colors create a compatible combination. The thin edge of “Plate_R” is designed to seem as if it is floating on the dining table, presenting an exclusive proportion for a certain moment and the beauty of Taiwanese ceramics.

Tandscape

“Tandscape” is a desk organizer designed by Yulin Chen, an expatriate designer in Germany. The forms of” Tandscape” are transformed from the beautiful image of mountains for you to create your own table landscape.
